Jeff (J.D.) Davids

Over 14 years of racing experience in San Diego. I have worked all positions on the boat and enjoy headsail trim the best but am willing and able to serve where and when needed. I have raced many San Diego PHRF and CRA races, Coronados Series, Hot Rum and 8 Newport to Ensenadas completed. I raced on Defiance for about 5-6 yrs (Schock 41), Charlotte Ann for 2-3 seasons (Ericson 38), Rolling Thunder 2 seasons (C&C 38.5), Eclipse (Nelson designed 39′ Carroll Marine 1200) and a few others in San Diego. I am easy to get along with but also like to be on a boat that is reasonably competitive in its class and I’m willing to work hard and be alert to optimize boat speed at all times.
