Taryn Patterson

I’ve recently renewed my love of sailing (after a hiatus from sailing as a teen). I’ve just relocated to San Diego from San Francisco (previously Washington DC) where I crewed for day sails. Experience from 2017-present includes crewing on the Rhode River/Chesapeake Bay (37 ft Seafarer), Anacostia River (25 ft Catalina), Potomac River (19 ft Flying Scot), and SF Bay (37 and 45 ft. Jeanneaus). I have obtained US Sailing Certifications for small boat and keelboat. I would like to pursue my basic cruising certification in Spring 2022. Although I am a beginner, I take crewing seriously and I am looking to improve my skills in more challenging settings.
